What type of parent are you?

Such a big time gap from the last post to today's and where did all the time go?

“时间都去哪儿”

The first thing to look forward is to look back and today, I've the urge to pull out my blog and maybe start writing and penning down. The shortcut were always through Facebook then, and Instagram now with minimum contents.

I'll try, to pen down in words and not just photos as I think there's so many things that we can share with friends around us like, sharing experiences, family growth and phases that we went through, researches done etc. I always share through whatsapp between friends and I realized it's usually the same topic that we discuss and share information / ideas.

Fast forward 4 years to today, our baby girl has grown so much and is turning 5 years old this month. While our baby boy will turn 3 years old in 4 months time!

We have been through all sorts of ups and downs and really happy that we went past all the challenges and the kids are growing well, healthy and happy. It is in our everyday's prayer for the family and children to be safe and healthy. That's what it matters most.

I can get uneasy with an insect bite, a cough or even a blacken tooth and I'll read up and try doing whatever I can. But I can be at better ease to let them run and roam and explore things on their own. So I can't tell whether I'm a paranoid mum or not...

Did a test today and I am an........................

An AUTHORITATIVE parent

You have a balanced approach to parenting which is very much based on your expectations of your child, and their ability to be mature enough to respond to your scheme. Whilst you establish a clear system of rules, you like your children to be independent and to discover things for themselves. You will discuss matters with your children in depth, allowing them to understand the reasons behind your rules. You will punish where necessary, but only when you are sure that the child knows and agrees with the reasons behind it.

Quite accurate!

I totally agree with the result as I match it with my current parenting style. Ha-ha!

Try it and share your result with me.
