No matter how busy or tight is the schedule, making baby food is still the utmost importance at this stage. I'm trying to introduce 1 different food per week and preparation is so much easier with Avent steamer and blender!
Ada is able to take up to 1 potato/serving.
All I need to do is to take out from freezer, dip the container into hot water and let it sit in the hot water for 5-10minutes (depending on what is the temperature of the hot water).
Organic spinach (steamed and blended)
As I only need a small portion, I'll freeze it using an ice tray. and use up to 2-3 cubes/serving.
I'll re-heat the cubes in a container or use a steamer to heat it up.
